These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of CoCollectibles and to any orders placed through the site.

1. About us

CoCollectibles trades as CoCollectibles. For customer enquiries, contact contact@cocollectibles.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site.

3. Products and listings

We aim to ensure product descriptions, prices, stock information and images are accurate. However, minor errors may occur and colours may vary depending on device display settings.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including where there are pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, misuse of the site, or payment problems. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will be refunded.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). Delivery terms, times and charges are set out in our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

8. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Shipping & Returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove site features where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, rule-breaking, fraud, abuse, or conduct that risks other users or the business.

10. Trading and community features

Where the site offers user trading or collection-sharing features, users remain responsible for their own interactions and arrangements. We may suspend or remove access to these features at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to CoCollectibles and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on the site will apply to future use of the site and future orders.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in another part of the UK applies.
